They are each on my page if that makes it any easier! :]
& I'm so happy I don't annoy you! I was beginning to think I post far too much about what goes on over at Tumblr these days, haha.
-
Oooh! I do love a good drama! :D You never ever ever annoy me my dear! But I shall follow them! :D
-
Uh oh D:
Helene has found enough bravery to confront Lestat. She has just asked him whether or not he thought he had overreacted over Louis'.. hm.
Sorry xD this is drama, drama, drama! haha. And, perhaps you should follow them all :D that way, I don't annoy you with these posts xD hehe
-
I do hope it turns out that way! I'm not really sure how we're going to go about it, haha
-
Not weird at all! :) It's just a good bit of fun I say go for it!
-
Confession -
Currently having a game of Christmas Treasure Hunt over on Tumblr with Louis & Claudia, does this seem at all weird? haha
-
I should really begin when things get quiet for a short while over on Tumblr. That seems to be the only thing distracting me at the moment, haha. That, and the fact that my brother has been watching Pearl Harbor on repeat for the last few days, and There You'll Be is sending me into a very emotional spiral of messiness.
-
Please please don't apologise my dear! It's more then alright, I can wait as long as it takes! :D
-
(http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mavlta5Qr21qbnvdao1_500.gif)
I want to apologise for having not posted anything of my Lestat story yet, but the truth is I haven't really begun it properly yet. I'm getting a little too carried away with this Tumblr/Lestat thing I've got going on and it's sort of invading my head, haha. I promise, as soon as I am able, I'll work on it :]
-
Pahaha xD
Thank you kindly! I am rather enjoying telling her off and making her feel small, but it doesn't seem to be working to my advantage. Ragging her around by her hair IS however, the best thing I have ever done.
-
I noticed and I applaud you for it! You most certainly are NOT a bad person by any means! Just one that enjoys a bit of fun!
-
I am seriously winding up little Claudia over on Tumblr
& I'm loving every minute of it. Does that make me a bad person? because the fact that I did not like her to begin with is being kept a secret among those reading.. haha.
-
Ahh I love all that you said in that response there! xD and I can't thank you enough with words :3
Lestat does indeed care! he has feelings just as everyone else does ^_^
-
Crazy Lestat loving weirdo or not you're still you, you're still awesome and I adore you no matter what! :D (I hope that doesn't sound odd, if it does I apologise!) Whoever said dear Lestat was incapable of showing emotion was wrong, dead wrong. The man cares!
-
Oh good grief..
My flails are madness, impossible to stop, increasingly dangerous..
Forgive me. I'm turning into a crazy, Lestat loving, weirdo :) but.. he cares.
-
I thought it was just me too xD I kept refreshing every five minutes and hoping to see the lovely dashboard pop up, but when it didn't after an hour or so I went to Twitter. Tumblr tweeted over an hour ago that they have taken the site down to fix the errors, but some blogs are running again. I'm waiting as patiently as I can, but it's not going very well, haha.
-
Oh my good grief! I thought I was going crazy or the site hated me or something, what the heck is going on over there?! I sat here for nearly thirty minutes refreshing the page! I feel your pain my dear, I feel your pain! :D
-
Just a quick confession..
I am literally dying here waiting for Tumblr to bring its server back up. This is insane xD I have never cared so much about this site before.. only lately, and this is really bugging me. I'm going mad :3
-
Aweh thank you :3 that helps a lot actually! and it may be difficult to shut Lestat up, but I'll manage. Jack deserves a fic! he hasn't had one yet xD
-
*breaks out cheering pom poms and starts a cheer with Mini Gary, Jackie, and the devilish Alain. Yes you can! If anyone can do it it's you!! :D
-
I am NOT allowing Lestat to win me over yet again, not this time, nope.. never..
I'm gonna stick with that and push through this :D I can do it! :3
-
Oh my! Poor Jack :( Lestat you cheeky boy you! I'm sure Jack will get his time, never fear :)
-
I was dreading that actually! xD
See, if I allow him to take over, then poor Jack gets left behind. I'm determined to write about Jack first though, we'll see what happens xD
-
Oh don't worry my dear! I can't blame you at all! ;D You'll think of something perhaps he wants to be used as a muse? :D
-
Confession -
MAJOR Lestat feels :l I don't know where to put myself or what to do. I'm going absolutely bonkers.
-
Woop! I thought I was the only one who liked Baros you know. I actually went out to Liverpool shopping a few years back, walked into the actual Liverpool FC store and bought a framed picture of him, haha. I have absolutely no idea where that is now, but he was quite a handsome devil. I'm not too sure anymore though. I really liked his longer hair; and I hate it when pretty boys cut their hair xD
Aww! that is a classic song and everytime Liverpool are playing and my brother is watching the match, that's all I hear from his room. He has a terrible singing voice as well!
-
*squees in excitment* Oh it's more then alright my dear! Truth be told I used to have Baros jersey my aunt somehow got a hold of for me, haha. You're quite right! They used to have some very very good looking players. :D My dad is a die hard Manchester United fan and can't stand when I play You'll Never Walk Alone, he's all but banned it from playing in the car :D
-
Oh wow! go you xD that was a great confession. I don't think I would ever own up to anything like that, haha. I've never been too fond of football myself, but if I ever had to watch it, I would do so for the pretty players. I don't recall which have the pretty players.. but I do know Liverpool used to have a fair few that I liked looking at. Milan Baros is one that comes to mind. I reckon my brother, dad and grandad would all love you for owning up to liking Liverpool FC! xD and if it's alright to do so, I'd like to share a pic of Milan below.
-
*ducks around corner to see if the coast is clear* *phew* Ok, I've got a bit of a confession to make here, nothing major. :D I, can not stand American football, if I'm made to watch I just pick the team that has the nicest uniforms, haha. I am however, an avid supporter of both the Liverpool FC and Sheffield Blue Wednesday. Lord help me if they ever play each other again. Now, that being said I stink at sports, about the only thing I can manage is badminton.
-
Oohhh! I do wonder what Jackie might think of that now you've brought him up, haha.
Remind me to stay clear of this thread for a little while just in case he is not a happy bunny! which I don't suppose he will be :O
Although, I cannot say I blame you for having an affair with such a fine man ;) (sorry Jackie)
-
Oh my! You brave brave lady you! I give you props for that! I'd be afraid of being bitten :D
I think it's about time I confessed to having an affair with that bugger Alain. What would Jackie think?! ;D
-
Confession -
I should own up to poking Lestat :] Mm, I am brave! hehe. I poked him and ran away ^_^
-
I am glad I'm not the only one who's creeped out by them :] it's kind of strange though. When that movie was released, it never did scare me at all, so I'm wondering why all of a sudden it is, haha. Mind you, I do remember that when my dad went with me to the cinema to watch it, we had one hell of a lightning storm as we were leaving, perhaps that affected me a bit. Thank you for the pictures of Tom and Gary! :3 I appreciate that xD haha.
Oh my god.. you know, I'll admit that I'm not afraid of clowns as some people are, but IT really bothers me sometimes. I can usually sit through that and laugh at most of it, but a few scenes do leave me a little on edge!
-
Oh sweetie you've got every right to be freaked out by those things, you're in good company I am too. :) *offers pictures of Tom and Gary to help you focus on something else until the scene ends*
Confession:
I'm still find myself putting the sink stopper down because of that scene in IT with the "Hey, hey down here" and the balloon. I'm still terrified of it and feel I always will be.
-
Confession!
For some reason, I'm now absolutely terrified of the tripods in War Of The Worlds, Spielbergs version of course. I never have been before, but I'm watching it right now and hiding being a cushion :O
-
I'm happy someone else can see the good in his character! :] even if it isn't a dominant trait of his, it's still there.
-
I can honestly say that when I first saw the movie I didn't know what to think of him then as the movie progressed I found that his character wasn't so bad after all. I can't blame you for loving him! :)
-
It sounds so mushy now that I've read over it, haha. I can't help it though. Most people find his character in that to be horrible, but I kinda love him xD
-
Aww! That's the best confession I've ever heard! Go you my dear! :D
-
I'm feeling brave :]
Despite his face being horribly disfigured after the crash scene in Vanilla Sky, I would still kiss him if he looked like that. I believe that is the hardest confession I've ever had to own up to :D haha.
-
Another confession! this will probably give a little insight into my current obsession
- Tom Cruise was my first ever love, crush, husband to be, ever since I watched Top Gun when I was nine years old.
-
Hehe! I'm glad you're with me on that one :D and we definitely need some air conditioning on this forum :O I'll ask mini Gary if he can install something as soon as possible :D
-
:o :D Holy moly! That makes two of us! *ahem* is it getting a bit hot in here? I'm by no means a dancer but if I could do that I'd be set for life, haha.
-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wTYEtHYbgs
Woop! I could not dance like that if my life depended on it, but I'd practice my a-s-s off if it meant I could be her in this scene!
-
Now that you've mentioned she may have been playing one against the other, I can see it, a lot. She may very well have been doing that, but the movie doesn't seem to show it as much as the book does, haha. I'm re-reading The Vampire Lestat at the moment though, as I still haven't found my other two! and I'm not a happy bunny over that. I've searched everywhere but the loft, and I'm hoping it's not up there cause I'm not too fond of cobwebs and floors that fall through easily! xD
I'm so pleased that you agree with me regarding Claudia. A lot of people dote on her and I often wonder why. Of the majority that have seen Interview and read the book, they much prefer Louis and Armand to Lestat as well! it's like every soul on earth is against him. There are still the few of us though that know exactly who he is (curtsey of the book) and are able to respect him and see through all the cruel things he does/says. I really wish we could lock both Edward and Claudia up in a cage to see them fight to the death! haha. I wonder sometimes, if Kirsten had not portrayed the character of Claudia, whether or not my hatred for her would have lessened. I am not a fan of hers at all and find her incredibly irritating, so that no doubt added to the fact that Claudia was a useless vampire. I also never approved of her fancy for Louis in later years.. that really put me off.
Also, thank you so much for including a lovely picture of Lestat! it did indeed cheer me up :D
-
Ahh! You've echoed my thoughts exactly on her! They were more like parents to her then her real mother was ever. They doted on her, provided beautiful things and places to live, a stable life, so to speak and that's how she re-payed them. I always thought she was playing one against the other but that could just be, forgive me. Lestat did indeed give both Louis and Claudia a life, without him they would have been dead long ago he took them in and formed a sort of family with them. Trust me, you've not angered me at all and I must stress to those that are sitting there, mouth open in shock. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I say we stick her in a cage with Edward aka "Sparkles" and see them fight to death. Or we could just stick in out in the Mohave and see her little bratty self turn to a big old pile of ashes :) To cheer you up I've included some Lestat de Lioncourt :)

Confession...
Whilst this should probably be in the hatred thread, it's also a confession so I decided to put it here instead.
After a rewatch of Interview With The Vampire, my dislike of Claudia is only getting stronger and stronger. To me, she was more of a brat than Lestat ever was. She lost her mother, that is true, but was given a new life that should have pleased her more than anything given how little she had even when her mother was alive. I have always believed Claudia to be a material girl, and both Lestat and Louis gave her pretty much everything she could have ever wanted. Yet, she pays them back by killing one of them for no real reason. Mind you, it's stated that she wanted freedom to do whatever it was she wanted, and she wanted Louis to be happy as well. According to Claudia, both her and Louis were trapped because of Lestat. His ways would not allow either of them to change in any way, and this gave them a life (if you could call it that) they hadn't really signed up for.
Claudia is the worst thing that ever happened to the Vampire Chronicles and I will always repeat that, haha. I'm so sorry to anyone who is a fan of her, but she killed off my favourite immortal and though I've more than a grudge to back up my thoughts on her, it may anger some people. For the storyline to make sense and continue on in the way that it did, she was necessary. She had to be a part of it, to cause an even larger rift between Louis and Lestat. Unfortunately, poor Lestat thought his turning Claudia into one of them would bring Louis closer to him, and whilst it may have done so for a little while, they slowly began to fall further apart because of her. She was a complete waste of space, and forgive me, but should have died right along with her mother so Louis and Lestat could have lived happily ever after. Well, not to that extent perhaps, but you get the idea.
-
Thank you for letting me off yet again! I promise I will make up for it with a very good story :D haha.
-
Oh by all means please don't worry at all! You are more then forgiven my dear :) That sounds like quite an adventure! I can't wait to see how it turns out, I'm sure it's going to be wonderful! :D
-
I have a confession :(
My Dracula story is on hold while I write one about Gary himself. I've yet to write one of those, and I'm interested in how it might work out, do forgive me!
-
Yes, it is! quite scary. I think it likes to stalk people from time to time, haha. I love that slogan!! I might have to do something about that soon when my photoshop skills are up to standards once more :D will definitely be using that somewhere xD
-
I was shocked I sat here and I'm like "That's not...oh my lord it is!" Google is a scary scary place at times, haha. Please don't think of me as a nut, haha. I still can't figure it out either. I was about ready to start promising people cookies at one point. "Join the forum and get a chocolate chip cookie!" Hmm, new slogan? The Gary Leonard Oldman Forum the place where a very hot actor and baked goods meet.
-
Wow.. well, that's a little bit creepy xD haha. I don't mind being surrounded by all those Gary images though ;) so it works for me.
I'm so pleased that the forum is so high up in the search results :D but still don't understand why no one is signing up, haha.
-
*lets out Flanneryesque whoop* Woohoo! Congratulations my dear Wolfy! You're famous! :D oh! I've been meaning to tell you that if you google "Jackie Flannery avatars" under google images I dare say that you can be seen! :D
-
I am SAD as hell, but doing cartwheels over this forum being on page 2 of Google!
-
That's all I can think of as well when I see those stars and it's just silly, haha. We are all old enough here! :] I shall post a question shortly and find out what's going on. Perhaps I can get a support forum mod to change it for me. Haha! oompa loompa skin! best line ever xD and that is exactly what they look like!
-
Oh saints preserve us! I'll gladly help you with the questioning. Every time I see something starred like that I think of the bleeping sound you hear sometimes hear on afternoon talk shows like Jerry Springer. Oh and indeed it does! I say we round up the orange spray on tan people too! :D Embrace the pale lily white skin you were born with! Down with sweat pants and oompa loompa hued skin!
-
Yes! surely they know by now that everyone likes the pirate movies, haha. Well, I'm certainly gonna be questioning the people who built these forums cause it's just driving me mental now. One minute it's okay and the next it's having a hissy all over the show. I will get this fixed! :]
Hehe, I'm glad you like that idea! perhaps it should be arranged sometime soon!
-
Very true, I thought that all the way through the movie. It's like why dial it down, there are adults in the audience too damn it! Eh, what can ya do? lol Damn forum! Hmm, I've thought of a test don't think me odd here but it starred it out before....1....2...3...cocktails! :D
Oh! I like the way you think! You're not horrible at all and I think Jackie and Terry would enjoy doing our bidding :D I'll get the rope!
-
It sucked that they had to narrow down the tension between them both, haha. I love every single intimate Depp moment in his movies, but those one's were a little less intense. I'm so surprised that word isn't starred out, and nor is it starred out in your reply. I think the forum is being selective to be honest xD
Yes, lets do that! mind you, Jackie and Terry could take them hostage and bring them back to us :] that would work out quite nicely! - I just realised how horrible I am xD but I thought gagging and roping them up would be beneficial :D
-
Ahh, I loved those moments too, it kind of put me in mind of the ultimate game of cat and mouse only the clean Disney version, haha. I will gladly let you know! It's not starred out! Woohoo!! Exactly, if you take the time to do your hair and makeup then you might as well just get off your ass and get changed I mean it's not that hard. I saw we round those twits up and give them a stern talking to, haha.
-
I thought that too! well, I imagined that seeing as I didn't bother buying a ticket to see it. The trailer looked quite bad, and then I read a handful of reviews and eventually viewed it myself and ended up agreeing with all the negative comments. The only moments I liked where the ones between Jack and Angelica, and when they got really close and were toying with each other, haha. Let me know what you think of the bloopers once you've seen them! :]
Lol!! I'm so with you on that confession. Almost every girl around the area where I live goes out dressed down like that. It's like, they do up their hair and their make up.. and then the rest is just half-assed (no doubt that is starred out - I need to ask someone how to fix it).
-
I can imagine! I actually went to the theater to see it and ended up taking the nieces with me. I was a little disappointed, I thought it would have been a bit better what with the price of the ticket and the popcorn and all the other fun stuff that goes with the movie viewing experience. I've put the DVD on my Christmas list year so I'll keep an eye out for the blooper reel. :D
Confession:
I can't stand it when people (more often then not women) go out in sweatpants and slippers and think they look adorable. If I have to get dressed to go out in public then everyone else should too! ;D
-
I have a confession!
The 'On Stranger Tides' blooper reel is more entertaining than the actual movie!
-
Ooh, I'm sorry, I didn't see your confessions there since you edited it as I was replying xD haha.
The gift you have for your parents sounds really lovely and I'd be surprised if they didn't like it :] that was a very thoughtful idea! I would never have thought of doing that :D
-
I am quite unhappy about liking One Directions new song, but I can't help it, haha. It's such a beautiful song, and it's nice and calm.. which is what I like when I'm writing. I'm glad you don't mind this new fic idea :] I'll have the first bit up as soon as possible! and that smile is gorgeous xD he's so adorable there.
-
Oh my dear please don't feel the least bit guilty! I love the song and the pic! I got a bit misty eyed and I think I've got a new found love of One Direction. Trust me, if those two things don't spark inspiration I don't know what would! I'm all excited for it to start! That damn smile I swear will be the death of me :)
Confession:
1. I seem to have a new found inspiration all thanks to Michael Caffee and it worries me a bit, haha.
2. I've got my parents Christmas gift this year and I'm petrified that they're not going to like it. (It's my Mom's family crest and tartan joined in with my Dad's family crest on parchment mounted and framed. Kind of like a joining of the clans, haha.)
-
Stansfield and Phoenix are going to have to wait it seems! this is a confession I feel really guilty over, haha.
Jackie has requested another fic, and I've already started writing it, so the first part should be up some time tonight :] it features the song below.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGPeNN9S0Fg
and was inspired by browsing the GO Info site and stumbling across this image...
-
Hehe xD I will definitely be looking out for it soon. Maybe I should ask for it for Christmas, if I can wait that long for it. Do let me know how they react to you staring back at them. Some people will sit there and just have a staring contest with you for ages and it's kinda weird, haha. Most of the time though, they will realise their mistake or find you creepy and just give up. Oo, I'm very excited to be reading something about Isaacs!! :D never read fiction about him before, so this should be interesting. Aye, the plot bunnies are evil little fluffers. I have my story all planned out already, so I'm going to have to let my River story hit pause for a bit while I write about lovely Jackie :] I remember the last one I wrote about him, and know I can do better, so hopefully this one proves that! haha.
-
I'm telling you the DVD is soo worth it. Two words, screen caps! :D Aye indeed I did and I'm quite proud I left out the sailor talk, haha. Darn! I didn't think to stare back, I'll have to give it a go next time. Ooh, darn those plot bunnies! That sound very very interesting, I myself am working something up with dear Michael/Jason at the moment that I hope you'll enjoy. I should have the banner up later on this evening.
-
Haha! I never did see that before but the image you've just put in my head is hilarious xD I see what you mean. I tend to stay away from violence in movies if it's anything like Saw, but otherwise, I'm good to watch anything, so I'll definitely give that one a go as well as the other. I am currently watching State Of Grace as I type this and I'm drooling all over the place here, haha. I think I will end up purchasing the DVD as well soon.
It's going to be difficult to get back on track in the sense that they aren't really the same people anymore. Or rather, they aren't who we truly thought they were, if that makes sense. It's a hard one to work out really. I still like Johnny as well, among the others who I've seen changes in, but I suppose those changes were always there and just very well hidden.
Ooh! I'm delighted to hear that you gave them both a good talking to. I would have done exactly the same thing. How dare they judge the children based on their backgrounds. I come from a working class family as well and that would have really sent me over the edge to hear people I work with picking and choosing between the little ones.
Thank you, and I'm glad we're in agreement over politics :] I think, the reason why I dislike it all so much is because it just doesn't make any sense to me, haha. I'm quite dopey when it comes to things like that, things that matter (unfortunately). I have no idea how far that will get me through life but we'll have to see about that. I just don't think any of it is fair, at least not for everyone. Things should be equal :]
Staring has been an issue for me since I was in lower school, and it still tends to happen a lot. I haven't got any tattoo's or anything as such though, so I have absolutely no idea why people stare and it's unnerving. I managed to freak someone out once though, with their staring. Even though they were the ones who were looking at me, haha. I just turned my head because I felt eyes on me, and I sat there for ages just staring blankly at them. It even sounds creepy now that I'm typing it xD and it seemed to work wonders.
Confession - Now that I'm watching Jackie Flannery, another story idea just popped into my head. Honestly, they are like plot bunnies. Utterly determined to ruin everything else you have going on at the moment, haha.
-
The long hair could do it, I always thought he looked a bit like an Afghan hound with the long hair in Dragonheart and come to think of it Harry Potter as well, haha. I can promise you that you're going to like both movies, although Brotherhood is quite violent but definitely worth a watch. Made me rethink what defines good and evil. Ahh dear Jackie, I believe that he and Jason's character Michael would get along quite well indeed. You're certainly not alone in your love it my friend. I actually ended up buying the DVD because my VHS finally wore it self out.
I'm still shocked at Johnny as well as Nick and it goes to show that even the people we hold dear like that have a side to them that finally shines through. Tsk tsk tsk. I still like them as well but it really makes me think.
I have indeed filed paperwork with the head director. It was various opinions of the children in our care, not to mention their parents as well as other staff and it just doesn't set well with me. Favoritism has been shown more to the children that come from wealthy families versus the ones that come from a working class background and I was livid over it. (Maybe because I come from a working class family myself but still I treat the children all the same and they know it.) I was rather snippily told to shove off and go tend to the infants so that two workers in-particular could talk amongst themselves. I politely asked to speak with them both in the staff lounge where the children couldn't hear where I proceeded to give them both a good tongue lashing.
Aww you're most welcome! :D
I feel the same way, and all of this political mud slinging is just sickening anymore. After a while how much can anyone take? I'll send you a bottle of aspirin my dear never fear :)
P.S. Another thing to add to the confessions list :
As many times as I say it doesn't bother me when someone stares at me (or I hear "look at her back!") because I have tattoos, it really does. Mind you it's when I'm wearing a pair of shorts or a light colored shirt.
-
I dislike his character in Dragonheart, of course, but I think it's the long hair that makes me think twice about his looks, haha.
I would never have recognised him as Captain Hook had I not come across his name in the credits a while back. Now that I'm aware it's him though, it's easy to see. I don't believe I have ever seen Brotherhood or Divorcing Jack, but you've sparked my interest. I'll be looking out for them sometime soon and will give them a watch. Ah, just the mention of Irish Mobs makes me think of dear Jackie :D and that movie is currently on my waiting list to be watched this evening. I love it so much! but always skip the end.
It's horrible when someone you think the world of and believe could do nothing wrong, knocks your like for them back a bit over something they do or say. I really like Johnny still, but there's a part of him now that's clear as day, that I never would have thought existed in him, and it's upsetting.
That's ridiculous. I'd end up reporting them or something, depending on what they were saying of course. Are they opinions about the children and the work they do and such? if so, they really need to find new jobs. I had a go at writing a childrens book myself some months ago, but I gave up on it too for some unknown reason. Thank you for the compliment too! :D
Those are my thoughts when it comes to voting, and I get into trouble with what I believe. It just seems silly to me that one person might make a difference, though it is very likely that one vote could mean the difference between good and bad. I just never really liked the idea of voting for anyone to attempt to run a country, because everyone in my eyes is entitled to their own way of life. Ruling one out over another is unfair on the half that don't succeed, i.e. the people who voted for the one's who don't win. It's a neverending cycle of cruel I think, haha. I don't blame you and understand what you mean. I'm not at all into politics myself either, it gives me a massive headache just thinking about it.
-
You're quite right about David Thewlis. I was flabbergasted when I saw him in Dragonheart.
Believe it or not I didn't connect the dots with Jason being both Captain Hook and Lusious Malfoy until a few years ago. (Talk about something taking forever to click, haha) What confirmed my adoration of the dear man was believe it or not his role of Michael Caffee from the Brotherhood on Showtime. I must have a thing for Irish mob men? By the way have you by any chance seen Divorcing Jack? It features both David and Jason and is a heck of a black comedy.
I'm with you on the Johnny Depp stand, I'm still in shock over that one. As far as Nick goes I've quite saddened, he's gone down on my list quite a bit.
The women I work with seem to have a problem with keeping remarks to themselves and acting in a professional manner around the children and that boils my blood to no end. I'm sure I'd have more then enough to keep me busy and more time to dedicate to my writing. I'd once thought about writing a children's book but gave up on it. Aww, I can assure you that you'd be fun either way!
Quite right about the voting, I'm sure if I hadn't voted it would have worked out either way. I was even sure who I was voting for until the night before truth be told, haha. I don't blame you at all, it's a bit of a chore, at least in these parts. I ended up waiting in line for an hour. I'm not at all overly political I just kind of like to keep an even keel. This might sound daft but I never could make heads or tails of the British political parties.

I should have included this confession in my reply there but I remembered a little too late. Remus Lupin, is not a very attractive character because of David Thewlis. I see nothing appealing about that man .. but, in Dragonheart and as King Einon, he is actually amazingly charming.

Thank you for your understanding! I was scared of posting half those things because no doubt there are people watching and waiting to say something and have a go, haha.
Oh dear, I know the feeling of losing respect for people over something they do/say. That pretty much comes down to how I'm feeling about Depp at the moment. There have been others though as well, fairly similar to your first confession there. I've watched recent interviews of people I like and started to question why I even liked them in the first place, because they've changed so much.
I never vote at all, ever, and even though you said almost, it wouldn't have been too bad if you didn't, haha.
I had no idea you were having so much trouble with those you work with. If you did take a year out, would you have something else to keep you occupied so you weren't driven insane? I know that, because I haven't actually had a real job since leaving school four years ago, the madness of being in and around the house without many tasks has made me a little bonkers. Though, in all fairness, I think I'm much more fun this way!
Your Isaacs confession made me laugh xD I can't say I approve of his character or looks in Harry Potter, but I just love him as Captain Hook and Lord Felton. I must say though, up until a few days ago, I had absolutely no idea he was in Dragonheart. Then, I watched it again and was amazed to see him xD haha.

We share quite a few of the same confessions so you're not in any trouble at all my dear. Besides, this is your forum and I must say that you're quite brave! I'm sure I'll think of a few more things later on but here's the first.
1. My love of Nick Rhodes has gone down a bit after I read a recent interview with him, he seemed so smug and condescending I wanted to throttle him.
2. Even though I adore the movie Titanic I, for some reason can not stand Leonardo DiCaprio. Forgive me!
3. I almost didn't vote in the this past presidential election.
4. There are days where I simply can not stand my co workers and have thought about taking a year off to gather myself.
5. I've gone against my family's faith and am now a member of Protestant church.
6. You may already know this but, I think Jason Isaacs is the bees knees :)

Simple, simple, simple thread :] all you have to do is confess to anything you want. It can be entirely out of the blue and it can be about anything at all that you want to own up to. It can be good or bad, no one here will judge. Post your confessions whenever you want to.
1. Tom Hardy, forgive me everyone, but he is probably one of the most beautiful actors I have ever seen, and he has such a fantastic body. I think I was very much in denial when I decided that I saw nothing in him at all.
2. If Kurt Cobain was still alive today and someone once again asked me who I would rather spend time with; the other being Axl Rose, I would definitely choose Kurt.
3. My like for Johnny Depp has fallen from 100 to about 70 since finding out he is already seeing someone else after his split with Vanessa, and I'm not ashamed to admit that.
4. Despite popular belief, I refuse to even think that Kurt Cobain killed himself. I would strongly suggest people think twice about making such statements. Look at the way he doted on his daughter and how his whole perception of life changed after her birth. The person he was and the person he became after becoming a father are astoundingly different.
5. I understand that a lot of people believe all that Axl Rose's ladies have said about him, but I don't. Not even in the slightest. I'm well aware of how troublesome the topic may be, and I am well aware of how common the accusations they made are, but I just don't see it. Axl, to me, is as innocent as a newborn baby.
6. River Phoenix was a beautiful soul who loved and adored life and everything about it. That being said, I strongly believe there was something dark and dangerous going on inside his head half the time. His role in The Thing Called Love was a good one, but his acting was simply all over the place and he could barely focus on what he was doing or saying. He slurred most of his dialogue, had twitches and grinned like an idiot involuntarily. I know he was taking drugs, more than his body could handle and his brain could condone, but to think that such a caring, loving, free spirited human being was without problems (like most of his fans seem to think) is beyond me. He was clearly very troubled and highly disturbed to the point whereby he couldn't even see straight anymore. His death was heartbreaking, but inevitable.
I know I am going to get into a lot of trouble over some of these, but I had to confess a few things. They have been bothering me for quite a while now, haha. I've been too chicken to mention them anywhere, but for some reason I just found the courage.
